We are a five doctor training practice with a dispensary within walking distance of the centre of Aylsham.
We offer a variety of clinics, doctor and nurse lead, in our modern purpose built premises with car park.
Our practice cares for 7,700 patients in Aylsham and the surrounding area (about an eight mile radius) with a branch surgery at Cawston.
Aylsham Surgery is open: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 1.00pm & 2.00pm - 6.30pm.
We also have extended opening hours for those patients who work full time and are unable to attend during normal working hours. As these are different days each week, please telephone the surgery for the times and days.
Cawston Surgery is open: - Mondays and Fridays - 9.00am.
